Order Memorial Stones – For Families

Our service gently transforms cremated remains into a collection of smooth, polished remembrance stones.

The number of stones created depends on the amount of ashes provided. Most families typically receive between 40 and 60 stones, with each stone naturally unique in shape, colour, and texture.

Also known as memorial stones, cremation stones, ashes-to-stones, or solidified remains, these stones offer a meaningful and lasting alternative to keeping ashes loose in an urn.

Each set is individually crafted from the ashes of your loved one, creating something tangible that can be held, shared with family members, or kept in a special place at home.

If you still have ashes from someone you love, it is never too late to transform them into something lasting.

1. Complete the Online Order Form

Please complete the short order form below with your details and those of your loved one.

When ready, click “Complete Order” to proceed to our secure payment gateway, powered by Square.

Please allow a few moments for the payment page to load in your browser.

To ensure a smooth transaction, please make sure your billing address, postcode, and card details exactly match those registered to your payment card.

2. We’ll Contact You to Arrange Collection

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you directly to arrange a convenient time to collect your loved one’s ashes.

We use a specialist door-to-door courier service — not a standard postal service. The ashes are transported directly to our facility with no depot stops, and you will be notified as soon as they arrive safely.

We will also confirm both the collection address and return delivery address to ensure everything is accurate and secure.

3. Provide Documentation

Please include a copy of the cremation certificate with the ashes, or email it to us in advance.

In some cases we may also request a copy of the death certificate. If required, we will confirm this when arranging collection.

4. Processing & Updates

Once the ashes have arrived at our facility, we will send regular updates throughout the process so you know exactly how things are progressing.

The typical turnaround time is 4–6 weeks from the date we receive the ashes.
