How to Order Your Pet’s Remembrance Stones

Placing an order with Forever in Stones for your beloved pet is simple, secure, and carried out with the same care and respect we offer to every family.

1. Complete the Online Order Form Below
Please complete the short form below with your details and those of your pet. When ready, click the “Complete Order” button — this will open our secure payment gateway, powered by Stripe.

Please allow a few moments for the payment page to load in your browser.

To ensure a smooth transaction, please make sure your billing address, postcode, and card details exactly match those registered to your payment card. Stripe is highly secure and may block payments with even minor mismatches.

2. We’ll Contact You to Arrange Collection
Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we’ll contact you directly to arrange a convenient time to collect your pet’s ashes. We use a specialist, door-to-door courier service — not a standard postal service. The ashes will be transported directly to our facility with no depot stops, and you’ll be notified as soon as they have arrived safely.

We will also confirm both the collection address and the return delivery address to ensure everything is accurate and secure.

3. Provide Documentation (if available)
If you have any form of cremation certificate or documentation from the veterinary practice or pet crematorium, we kindly ask that you include it with the ashes or send it by email. Don’t worry if this isn’t available — we’ll talk you through everything.

4. Processing & Updates
Once the ashes have arrived at our facility, we’ll send you regular updates throughout the process. The standard turnaround time is 4–6 weeks from the date of receipt.
