2. We’ll Contact You to Arrange Collection

Once your order has been placed, we will contact you directly to arrange a convenient time to collect your pet’s ashes.

We use a specialist door-to-door courier service — not a standard postal service. The ashes are transported directly to our facility with no depot stops, and you will be notified as soon as they arrive safely.

We will also confirm both the collection address and return delivery address to ensure everything is accurate and secure.

3. Provide Documentation

If available, please include documentation from the cremation provider confirming your pet’s ashes. This can be included with the ashes or emailed to us in advance.

We will confirm any documentation requirements when arranging collection.

4. Processing & Updates

Once the ashes have arrived at our facility, we will send regular updates throughout the process so you know exactly how things are progressing.

The typical turnaround time is 4–6 weeks from the date we receive the ashes.
