RETURN POLICY

At Forever in Stones Ltd, every set of solidified remains is individually formed with care, using only cremated remains and naturally occurring minerals. Due to the unique and natural composition of the ashes and our process, no two sets of stones are alike, and each varies in size, shape, colour, and texture.

NO REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

Our process is irreversible, and once the cremated remains have been solidified into stone form, they cannot be returned to their original state. While we understand that appearance can be a personal and emotional matter, we cannot offer refunds based on expectations regarding size, shape, quantity, or colour of the stones.

RETURN TO GRANULAR FORM OPTION

If you are dissatisfied with the solidified form, you may return 100% of the stones to us within fourteen (14) days of delivery. At your request, we will respectfully reprocess the stones into an ash-like granular form and return them to you. This service is offered at no additional charge, but you will be responsible for return and re-delivery shipping costs.

All returns must be securely packaged and sent via a trackable, insured courier service. We cannot accept partial returns or individual stones—the full set must be returned.

DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete due to transit or packaging issues, please notify us immediately. We will review the situation and work with you to resolve the matter. Please note that the natural fragility and variation of some stones is expected and does not in itself constitute a fault.
